CNI Moçambique LDA (CNI MZ) was incorporated in Maputo, Mozambique with the view to implementing emissions reduction projects in Mozambique and across Sub-Saharan Africa. It is a Joint Venture with Mozambican institutions and businesses providing consultancy expertise, generation of capital investment and guaranteeing knowledge transfer to develop emissions reduction projects across a range of methodologies. Current methodologies being investigated involve renewable energy, forestry, industrial gas capture, and methane capture. CNI MZ has a specialised Corporate Finance department where emphasis is placed on renewable, sustainable, and commodity based investments, in order to identify and mobilise the initial capital funding required for project development.
