Maputo lntermodal Container Depot was established in 2011 to extend the container services on offer at the port of Maputo. MICD has the concession to handle and store containers and for the packing and unpacking of cargoes to and from containers until 2043. The current facility consist of a 8,000 sqms warehouse, a Teu 2,500 empty container yard, a Teu 300 full container yard and a 8,000 sqms bulk packing slab. We also have wash bay facilities and reefer plug points.
